Chicken Less Tinola

Ingredients:

  • 1 pc. Knorr cubes
  • 8 pcs boiled egg
  • 1 small thumb ginger
  • 1 pc green chili
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 pc. red onion
  • 2 cups Malunggay leaves
  • 2 pcs Sayote
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp seasoning granules
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 4 cups of water
  • Oil for saute

Instructions:

  1. Heat the pan with oil then saute the ginger, garlic and onion.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, seasoning granules and knorr cubes.
  3. Add the water and let it boil.
  4. Add the sayote and mix well.
  5. Add the boiled egg and stir it slowly.
  6. Adjust the taste with fish sauce. Leave some fish sauce for calamansi as extrasauce on the side.
  7. When the sayote is soft add the malunggay leaves and chili green.
  8. Serve while hot. Enjoy
