Crispy Talong(Eggplant) Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Eggplant
  • 2 pcs. Egg
  • Bread crumbs
  • Flour
  • 1 tsp. Salt, pepper and magic sarap

Instruction:

  1. Peel and slice the eggplant
  2. Beat the eggs and seasoned of salt, pepper and magic sarap.
  3. Dip the eggplant into flour then next in the beaten eggs and lastly to bread crumbs. set aside.
  4. Deep fry the coated eggplant until crispy and golden brown.
  5. Serve with favorite sauce and enjoy.
