Crispy tawilis
Pritong tawilis is a perfect side-dish with other foods although you can also consider it as a main dish. It may be eaten also as a pulutan (finger food when having drinks with friends).
Ingredients:
- Tawilis fish
- Salt
- Pepper
- Magic sarap
- Flour
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- In the mixing bowl marinate the tawilis fish with salt, pepper and magic sarap then coated with flour before to fry.
- Dip fry the coated tawilis until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve the crispy tawilis with spicy vinegar and enjoy.
