Fried Bangus Teriyaki

 

Ingredients:

 

  • Homemade teriyaki Sauce (see the recipes)
  • 1 kg boneless bangus(milkfish)
  • 1 tbsp salt, 1 tsp pepper and 1 tsp seasoning granules
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • Oil for frying.

Instructions:

 

  1. Season the milkfish with salt, pepper and seasoning granules.
  2. Dip into flour then fry until crispy brown.
  3. Remove excess oil then dip into Teriyaki Sauce.
  4. Garnish with Sesame Seeds and Serve. Enjoy
