- Homemade teriyaki Sauce (see the recipes)
- 1 kg boneless bangus(milkfish)
- 1 tbsp salt, 1 tsp pepper and 1 tsp seasoning granules
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Oil for frying.
- Season the milkfish with salt, pepper and seasoning granules.
- Dip into flour then fry until crispy brown.
- Remove excess oil then dip into Teriyaki Sauce.
- Garnish with Sesame Seeds and Serve. Enjoy
