Ingredients
- ½ kilo of hipon
- 10 pesos of sitaw
- 10 pesos of okra
- 20 pesos of kalabasa slice cubes
- 1 big coconut, pure milk and kakang-gata(second milk)
- 2 medium onion sliced
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 tsp of Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp. of Fish sauce
- 1 pc. knorr cubes
- cooking oil for sauté
Instructions
- Heat oil in a cooking pot and saute the garlic and onion until the onion becomes golden brown.
- Add the kalabasa. Stir and Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender. Cover
- Add the kakang-gata and seasoned with salt pepper.
- Add the knorr cubes and fish sauce.
- Then add the sitaw and okra. Stir and cover.
- When vegetable is slight soft then add the pure coconut milk and stir.
- And lastly add the shrimp. Stir until reduce the sauce and already cook.
- Serve hot with more rice.
