- 500 grams pork meat (thin slices)
- 1/2 small can of pineapple juice
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper
- Few of Red food coloring
- Put the sugar, salt, pepper, food coloring and pineapple juice over slice pork.
- Mix well and marinate overnight for best taste.
- Cook the homemade tocino for 30 minutes over medium heat.
- Last minute before cooking time add 1 tbsp oil then turn the heat into high.
- Served with garlic rice. Enjoy
