How to Cook Pansit Hab – hab Recipe


  • Homemade Fish ball or Kikiam.
  • Pansit Habhab from lucban Quezon
  • 1 pc sayote
  • 1 pc carrot
  • 2 pcs red onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup fish sauce
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper and 1 tsp seasoning granules
  • Oil for saute
  • Boiled egg for toppings
  • Chili and vinegar for condiments


  1. Prepare all the ingredients and cut.
  2. Heat the pan with oil, saute the garlic and onion until translucent.
  3. Add the Fish Ball or Kikiam and stir it well.
  4. Add water and season with salt, pepper and fish sauce. Let it boil
  5. When boiling add the slice carrot and sayote, after 1 minute add the pansit habhab and stir frequently until, the noodles is well cook.
  6. Add 2 tbsp of oil then stir and serve.
  7. Toppings with boiled egg and vinegar on the side. Enjoy
