Ingredients:
- Homemade Fish ball or Kikiam.
- Pansit Habhab from lucban Quezon
- 1 pc sayote
- 1 pc carrot
- 2 pcs red onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 4 cups water
- 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper and 1 tsp seasoning granules
- Oil for saute
- Boiled egg for toppings
- Chili and vinegar for condiments
Procedures:
- Prepare all the ingredients and cut.
- Heat the pan with oil, saute the garlic and onion until translucent.
- Add the Fish Ball or Kikiam and stir it well.
- Add water and season with salt, pepper and fish sauce. Let it boil
- When boiling add the slice carrot and sayote, after 1 minute add the pansit habhab and stir frequently until, the noodles is well cook.
- Add 2 tbsp of oil then stir and serve.
- Toppings with boiled egg and vinegar on the side. Enjoy
