How to Make Baked Tahong
Ingredients:
- Mussel (tahong) (Pre-cook)
- Grated cheese
- Chopped parsley(optional)
- Homemade Hollandaise Sauce (see the recipes)
Instructions:
- Put Hollandaise Sauce in pre-cooked mussel then top with grated cheese and chopped parsley.
- Then Baked for 10 minutes in 350 F.
- Served with extra hollandaise Sauce. Enjoy
