How to Make Baked Tahong

Ingredients:

  • Mussel (tahong) (Pre-cook)
  • Grated cheese
  • Chopped parsley(optional)
  • Homemade Hollandaise Sauce (see the recipes)

Instructions:

  1. Put Hollandaise Sauce in pre-cooked mussel then top with grated cheese and chopped parsley.
  2. Then Baked for 10 minutes in 350 F.
  3. Served with extra hollandaise Sauce. Enjoy
