How To Make Easy Homemade Kimchi
Ingredients:
- 1 bundle of Pechay Baguio
- 1 pc. Peras
- ¼ cup of Chili powder
- 2 tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 pc. Carrot (slice strips)
- 2 -3 pcs. of Onion leeks
- 1 pc. big white onion
- 7 cloves of Garlic
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/4 cup of rice flour
- 1/4 cup of Water
Instructions:
- Prepare and slice the all ingredients.
- In the cooking pan add the rice flour and water to make a roux. Stir until to dissolve and to make a paste. Set aside
- Squeeze sliced cabbage with salt to remove the juice and soft.
- Blind the garlic, onion and peras into a blender. Set aside
- Mix the roux, blended ingredients, fish sauce and chili powder then mix well.
- Add the sliced carrots and onion leeks in the squeezed cabbage.
- Pour the chili mixture into cabbage and mix well.
- Preserve 1 day before eating.
