How To Make Easy Homemade Kimchi




  • 1 bundle of Pechay Baguio
  • 1 pc. Peras 
  • ¼ cup of Chili powder
  • 2 tbsp. fish sauce
  • 1 pc. Carrot (slice strips)
  • 2 -3 pcs. of Onion leeks 
  • 1 pc. big white onion
  • 7 cloves of Garlic
  • 1 tbsp salt 
  • 1/4 cup of rice flour
  • 1/4 cup of Water




  1. Prepare and slice the all ingredients.
  2. In the cooking pan add the rice flour and water to make a roux. Stir until to dissolve and to make a paste. Set aside
  3. Squeeze sliced cabbage with salt to remove the juice and soft.  
  4. Blind the garlic, onion and peras into a blender. Set aside
  5. Mix the roux, blended ingredients, fish sauce and chili powder then mix well.
  6. Add the sliced carrots and onion leeks in the squeezed cabbage. 
  7. Pour the chili mixture into cabbage and mix well.
  8. Preserve 1 day before eating.
