Patola with Miswa Recipe


• 2 medium Patola (sponge gourd)
• 1 small pack Miswa noodles
• 3 cloves chopped garlic
• 1 pc red onion slice
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp seasoning granules
• 500 ml water for soup
• Oil for sauté


1. Prepare and cut all the ingredients.
2. Heat the pan, add a little bit of oil then sauté the garlic and onion until translucent or the fragrance comes out.
3. Season with salt, pepper and seasoning granules.
4. Add the water and sponge gourd. Cover and let it boil for 5 minutes.
5. When is boiling add the miswa and stir until to cook.
6. Served while hot. Enjoy
