- 1 kg pork Liempo
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 4 pcs Calamansi
- 1 tsp salt, pepper and seasoning granules
- 6 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 pc chili
- 1/4 cup sugar
For the Sauce:
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1/8 cup vinegar
- ½ tsp salt, pepper and 1 tbsp. sugar
- Garlic, Onion, calamansi and chili
- Marinate the pork with garlic, salt, pepper, sugar, seasoning granules, ketchup, soy sauce, calamansi, chili and sugar. Mix it well and cover
- Refrigerate and marinate overnight.
- Grill the marinated pork liempo.
- Turn and brush of basting sauce until cook.
- Mix the garlic, onion, salt, pepper, seasoning granules, chili, vinegar soy sauce and calamansi. Mix well
- Slice into bite size and serve with toyo chili mansi. Enjoy
