Salted Egg Salad


  • 4 pcs salted eggs
  • 2 pcs tomato
  • 1 pc white or red onion
  • 1 pc small cucumber (optional)
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt, sugar and pepper
  • 1 pc. Calamansi
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil


  1. Prepare all the ingredients and cut into dice
  2. In a mixing bowl mix the oil, calamansi, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Mix it well
  3. Add the dice onion, tomato, cucumber and salted egg. Mix it well make sure well coated with the dressing.
  4. Served with fita bread or as side dish. Enjoy
