Stir fry Vegetable with Shrimp and Tofu

Ingredients:

  • 3 pcs Tofu (Tokwa)
  • 6 pcs Shrimps
  • Half Cabbage
  • 1 pc carrot
  • 1 pc red onion sliced
  • 4 cloves Garlic Chopped
  • 1 small thumb ginger and 1 pc chili finger
  • 2 small pack oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp Seasoning granules
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • Oil for frying and sauté

Instructions:

  1. Peel the shrimps and seasoned with salt, pepper and dredge into cassava flour. Set aside
  2. Dip Fry the shrimps and make sure the shrimp get crispy. Removed excess oil
  3. Dip Fry the Tofu make sure the Tofu get Crispy. Removed excess oil
  4. In the same pan sauté the ginger, garlic, onion and chili finger.
  5. Add the fried tofu and shrimps seasoned with 1 pack of oyster sauce, remaining salt and pepper, Sugar. Stir it well
  6. Removed it from the pan and sauté the carrots and cabbage.
  7. Add another 1 pack of oyster Sauce to sauté carrots and cabbage. Cover
  8. Sauté the carrots and cabbage for a minute.
  9. Serve together with Tofu and shrimps. Enjoy
