Tortang Dilis/ Anchovies Fritters

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilo Fresh Dilis/Anchovies
  • 5 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 pc onion chopped
  • 1 thumb ginger chopped
  • 2 pcs tomato small dice
  • 2 pcs egg
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt, pepper and seasoning granules
  • 1 small pack oyster sauce
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. The fresh dilis, slice onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, salt, pepper, seasoning granules, flour and eggs. Mix well
  2. Heat the pan with oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Remove excess oil and serve with Special Vinegar. Enjoy
